In the period of National Day, a passel of new trainee arrived at Taichi Dao activity center. Although they were from different parts of the country, they had a same purpose that learning Shenyi shadow boxing from Master Kongming and Master Xiaoyu. Kongming and Xiaoyu spent the seven days of National Day with they together. In such a short time, They got some wonderful change, which made them feel it was a gaiety and happiness to be alive.
On arrival, the first sense they had was the activity center of Shenyi Taichi had a large qi field, which made them felt very comfortable. The powerful energy made them lose the tiredness having from the journey. Having putting away the luggage, they demanded to follow Master Xiaoyu to practise Taiji at once. they refused to have a rest, saying that the powerful energy made them feel very comfortable and relaxing. So Xiaoyu began to teach them several act of Shenyi Taichi. After a while with the driving and envelop of xiaoyu' energy, some strange changes occured on the new trainees. Shishi, one of the twins from beijing, was the first person who had change and got into the state . At first, the nether part of her body kept motionless, and the upper turned circle, with her eyes closed. Her body thured to be very flexiblable, and her speed of turning was very fast. After a while, she stoop her waist, straighten her arms without any movement for only a couple of seconds, suddenly, she began to lie on the grind, and turn circles. after a while, both of her legs and arms began to closed and unclose with privity, in a very fast speed.To our surprise, she could move, just like an angleworm. The speed was so fast that we ordinary person could not do this sort of difficult movement. She did these movement with her eyes closed. No matter how she moved, she never touched anyone else, as though there was someone dictating her. At the same time, Xiaoyu was still leading other trainee to exercise, and she was in her state all the time. Her every movement was grace and beautiful. After a moment, the trainee began to stop in the energy field of Xiaoyu.
This is the Dao, the source of all the things in the world, and it coud make our soul have gaiety, feeling we exist by ourself only and isolated with the world. There are a folksay: Buddhism and Dao belong to the same family. That's to say, they have same objects. It is reaching to the further ambit. Originally, there are nothing in the world. Then everything to be appeard because of Dao. It has unthinkable energy, which envelop the whole macrocosm. We could got a unthinkable sweetness once we came into it. We could felt that we stay with ourselves, to cry, to laugh, to enjoy, to release, and so on. How happy we will feel and what a great jet of energy that we are merging with the wholeworld, with the macrocosm.
At evening, when Kongming and Xiaoyu were guiding all of them to practise silence skill, an more unbelievable thing happend. After having supper, everyone exercise silence skill with the guidance of Xiaoyu. Standing around Xiaoyu, they began to enter state with her guidance and the envelop of her energy field. After a while, the younger sister began to move. Her body begao to incline afterwards slowly, and the amplitude was very large, liking the movement in yoga. How great it was ﹗ She was able not to fell down. After a while, the upper part of her body restore straightness. Then she walked over to the side of xiaoyu, with a smile on her face. She circled around xiaoyu. No matter how she circled, she never touched xiaoyu. This is a marvelous phenomena. She touched the arm of xiaoyu without consciousness, then both of them withdrawed back with very gentle movement, as though they were afraid of disturbing each other. > In this way, Shizhan kept standing still for three hours in her skill state, though she never do this before. She felt very relaxing and comfortable. It is a sweet feeling.The nice happyness feeling made her unwilling to go out of it, and the world was so nice with that feeling. he other trainees saw the action of shizhan, and they felt it was supernatural and unbelivable, and it could make the body and mind relax and be natural.
Gaiety, the source of the Dao'energy, and the birthplace of Dao, it could make peopson relax. No matter what things and affairs you have seen, accept them, and enjoy them. Do not give yourself too much pressure, do not make yourself too tired, on the contrary, the person who do this things is very stupid. No matter what things you are facing with, and what kind of person and animal you have to confront, please contact with them with a smile on your face and give them your loving-kindness, in that case, you could get gaiety. Please enjoy the process, but forget it when you leave, do not keep it in your heart. This kind of person is the most intelligent ones, and they will have the most pleasure life. Who has such great energy? It is Dao. Everything in the world is from it, which is the kernel of energy. It is holy.
The trainee exercised for two days within the state At evening, when Kongming and Xiaoyu were guiding all of them to practise silence skill, an more unbelievable thing happend. With the guidance of Xiaoyu,the motion of all trainees are diversiform, some were lying, some were standing, others were sitting. No matter what phenomena happened on the trainees, Xiaoyu still practised her own exercise being not disturbed. She was still in the state, and enjoy the wonderful time, feeling and reflecting every motion of herself.In the energy field of Xiaoyu, a wonderful phenomena happened to Shishi and Shizhan, they both began to turn ciecles, with a very high speed. Then turned for a moment, both of them stoped facing with each other. They stand very neatly, with their arms protrude straight. The phenomena surprised their mother, who said it never happen at their home before.
At the third day, some fragrance began to emite from Shishi' body. It was a fragrance of evening primrose. At first, it was very thin, but became very strong at next evening, fragrance from her body was gettint more and more strong, even her clothes and quilts had. The trainee smelt it one by one. and some of them also smelt the quilts. Fragrance also appeared on xiaoyu' body, very strong. At first, all people thought that she had used perfume, but she did not. The fragrance stayed in her body for a long time. We made a kidding: Xiaoyu had became princess xiangfei( very famous in the histroy because of the franrance emited from her body),so we called her princess xiangfei.
This wonderful phenomena is bestowed to us by Dao, which often grant unthinkable thing to us, so make ue reach to the recondite vacancy, letting us not afraid of death. Everyone has begining and ending of the life,both of the which are an integrative thing. Everyone began to walk forward to death from the first day we came to the world. But a course is needed, and you should enjoy it,and undergo every link. Just like the stream running into the sea. the ultima purpose of the strip is the sea, the ocean.
Among the trainees, there was a person, whose name was Luan Zhaowei,, and we called him Teacher Luan. He was a cancer sufferer, and had one operation four months ago. His body condition was very bad. Although he was very weak, he felt there was a very a great qi field in the activities center.In the powerful energy field, he felt very comfortable instead of feeling tired, which surprised him very much. His body had a very great change under the guidance of Xiaoyu. Having a sound sleep and a nice vigour, he lost the feeling that he was a cancerous person, he even felt better than normal person. One morning, when he was exercising, Kongming asked him to break off his wrist using his own. Then the surprising thing happened: he had a counterforce when he pushed Kongming, who kept still. With the counterforce,he jump off the ground and withdrawed back. The strength was more greater, he jumped more further. If Kongming pushed him with strength, he would jump off very far.This sort of strength is unbelievable. Finishing jumping, he felt very comfortable and very relaxing. The reason why he felt comfortable was that the powerful energy field made his body relax. Teacher Luan said the sense was beyond verbal exposition.
Huang Hulan, Wang Li, Liu Huiping, Yuan Fengchun, Huo Zhiyun, all of them had a great change under the guidance of xiaoyu, no matter the body or the soul. They felt being alive was a very happy and nice thing. The life was so happy, and the soul was so free.
Kongming and Xiaoyu spent the seven days with them. In these days, Kongming told them a great many intendment about Dao and life. They made everyone feel that Dao was so great and supernatural. It can make us have a happy life. There is neither right nor wrong things in the world, the only thing we should do is to become aware of everything we had done was rignt,Dao is everything, is the universe, and is beyond measurement.
In these happy days, everyone became very good friends with each other, and their mental outlooks had a brand-new look. Although it was a very short period, all the soul were happy and cheerful. I show my blessing to everyone that they will be happy and healthy.
