Action can be simulated, but the absolute being idea is invisible. It is very simple, but you need to comprehend it. The best method for practitioners to realize its theory is through teaching by personal examples as well as verbal instructions. Otherwise, possibly, one may practice the chuan for decades, but ending up with no achievement. Many people are just as this. A proverb says, when practicing a kind of kung fu, you need to understand the reason; and when you understand the reason, your kung fu will be fine. ¡¡¡¡When practicing, there could appear some phenomenon such as hot, rise, tingle, cold, beat, pain, sour, itch, tear, run at the nose and saliva, etc. And these are normal; belong to spirit movement and purifying body. You do not need to realize, swallow saliva (saliva liquid) if there is any, and use your intention to decline it to the pubic region and turn it into spirit. Do not think of sex when vigor is strong; do not think of food when spiritstrong; and do not think of sleep when the absolute being is enough. Once Wenjie has not had meal for five successive days (do not force yourself; it would be right if you feel not hungry, no desire of eating and full of energy). If you feel dreaming, when practicing, no matter of beautiful or ugly, good or bad, happiness, fear, odd, and whatever, you shall be unmoved, i.e. you cannot like it, cannot fear it, either, and cannot concern it, either. In one word, you should be self possessed, just as you do not understand at all, as those happened in another world. The true of you is just a kind of existence, a kind of felling, a kind of view-shine; you just know it, but are not moved. If the body needs to move automatically, let it move; you just follow it, know clearly the body is moving, looking at the movement of body, follow him together, and the whole absolute being idea has become that action. Quiet results from movement when the latter moves excessively and exceeds its limitation;then draw back the kung fu, everything will be OK. If you do not want to move, you will gradually become quiet when the idea does not move, then draw back the kung fu.
¡¡¡¡As for practitioners of Tai-chi internal kung fu, he/she shall be quiet and inaction in life, practice his/her mind, cultivate his/her character, and every matter follow its course, all matters are all inevitable,one does not need to attach too much importance on it. Whenlooking at oneself and all of the matters, you are detached; you are looking at the nature of every matter itself. In current society, it is by no means easy for one to meet the above demands. However, as long as you understand the reason thoroughly, you can meet the target naturally. The absolute being heart is quiet, the spirit and blood are sufficient and enough. The veins and arteries are free without obstacle. Consequently, the body is strong and healthy naturally. Tai-chi way does not oppose life; on the contrary, it will make life more fulfilling, and more rich and colorful.
